Renovation and refurbishment.
A drastic and complete renovation of an existing semi. All internal walls, stairs, floors and more were removed and replaced.
Originally an old corner store, the existing structure was converted into a functional and beautiful private home and restored back to its former glory. In addition to the refurbishment of the entire internal structure, a new master bedroom and ensuite was created, along with a 3rd bedroom, bathroom, kitchen area with anita awning servery, spotted gum floors, and a new stair case with sexy glass balustrade.
