Extensive internal renovations and extension to overhaul the internal space in an existing dwelling.
An extensive renovation of the kitchen area, laundry, en-suite, bathroom and walk-in robe for the property.
The addition of a new central stair and bedroom extension to create a 3 bedroom semi, substantial internal work resulted in a complete rennovation of the existing dwelling for a modern new look in line with the original building. Working with the existing footprint and a professional team of architects to both complement and accentuate the existing dwelling. The result is a contemporary new home that is functional and practical as well as aesthetically pleasing. Fully ducted AC was intergrated in conjunction with the unique challenges created by a complete overhaul of the internal space.
